How RTD gets to you, and what happens if something’s not right.
RTD is distributed through licensed liquor retailers across South Africa. The fastest way to find stock near you is the Find in Store tool on our homepage.
Where available, RTD can be ordered through our retail partners’ own online stores and delivery services. Delivery times, fees and coverage are set by each retailer. All alcohol deliveries in South Africa require the recipient to be 18 or older and to present valid ID on delivery.
By law, alcohol cannot be sold or delivered to anyone under the age of 18. Couriers may refuse a delivery if ID cannot be produced or if the recipient appears intoxicated. No refund is due where a delivery is lawfully refused for these reasons.
If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, contact the retailer you purchased from within 48 hours, with your order number and a photo. Faulty product will be replaced or refunded in line with the Consumer Protection Act.
For health and safety reasons, alcoholic beverages cannot be returned once delivered unless they are defective. This does not affect your statutory rights.
