These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the RTD Beverages website and your relationship with RTD Beverages (“RTD”, “we”, “us”). By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
This website and our products are intended for persons aged 18 years and older. By entering the site you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in your country of residence. Alcohol is not for sale to persons under the age of 18.
You may use this site for lawful, personal purposes only. You may not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it in any way that could damage or impair it or anyone else’s use of it.
All content on this site — including the RTD name, logo, can designs, text, images and graphics — is owned by or licensed to RTD and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or use it without our written permission.
We work to keep product information, flavours and availability accurate, but do not warrant that everything on the site is complete or current. Stockist information is indicative and may change.
Our products contain alcohol and should be enjoyed responsibly. Do not drink and drive. Do not consume alcohol if you are pregnant or under the age of 18.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RTD is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the Consumer Protection Act or other applicable South African law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
